The Wiseco W6966 is a multi-layer steel (MLS) head gasket designed for Kawasaki powersports applications. This precision-engineered gasket features a .040" (1.0mm) compressed thickness and is specifically designed for Kawasaki engines with bore sizes ranging from 1015cc to 1045cc.

Key Features:

• Multi-layer steel construction for superior durability and heat resistance
• Premium gasket materials that exceed OEM specifications
• Advanced sealing technology prevents combustion gas leakage and coolant seepage
• .040" compressed thickness for precise compression ratio tuning
• Designed specifically for Kawasaki 1015-1045cc applications
• Direct OEM replacement with performance-grade quality

Wiseco's MLS head gaskets utilize multiple layers of stainless steel with specialized coatings to create a reliable seal between the cylinder head and engine block. The multi-layer design allows for slight movement and flex during thermal cycling, maintaining a consistent seal even under extreme temperature and pressure conditions. This makes the W6966 an ideal choice for both stock rebuilds and performance applications.
