Wiseco S742C DLC Wrist Pin 16mm x 41.91mm 9310 Steel Straight Wall Powersports

The Wiseco S742C is a precision-machined, high-performance wrist pin (piston pin) designed for demanding powersports engine applications. Measuring 16mm outer diameter x 9.9mm inner diameter x 41.91mm in length, this straight-wall pin is manufactured from 9310 low-carbon case-hardened steel and features a Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating for superior surface hardness, reduced friction, and extended service life.

Key Features:

• DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) Coating: Provides an ultra-hard, low-friction surface that reduces wear and heat generation under extreme engine loads
• 9310 Steel Construction: High-quality low-carbon steel, case-hardened to 59–63 Rockwell C, engineered for high-stress applications including turbocharged and nitrous-assisted builds
• Precision-Machined Straight Wall Design: Ensures consistent wall thickness and optimal strength-to-weight ratio to reduce reciprocating mass
• Lightened Profile: Minimizes rotating and reciprocating weight for improved engine response and efficiency
• Dimensions: 16mm OD x 9.9mm ID x 41.91mm length
• Compatible with OEM and Wiseco Forged Pistons: Can be used as a direct upgrade or replacement wrist pin

Wiseco wrist pins are engineered to handle the extreme forces generated in high-performance powersports engines, transmitting combustion loads between the connecting rod and piston with maximum reliability. The S742C is sold individually.
