Ohlins BMS3I10 Road & Track Rear Shock Absorber Insert Mini Cooper R50 R53

The Öhlins BMS3I10 is a premium Road & Track rear shock absorber insert engineered for the 2002–2006 Mini Cooper and Cooper S (R50/R53 platform). Designed as a direct-fit left rear replacement, this shock insert delivers Öhlins' world-renowned Swedish suspension technology to your Mini, offering a significant upgrade over factory dampers in both ride quality and handling precision.

Öhlins Road & Track shocks are built around a twin-tube design with Öhlins' proprietary DFV (Dual Flow Valve) technology, which independently controls bump and rebound forces for a well-balanced combination of comfort and performance. The result is improved chassis stability, reduced body roll, and enhanced driver feedback without sacrificing everyday drivability.
