Manley 596400CE-8 Platinum Series Chevy LS 4.125" Bore -20cc Dish Extreme Duty Piston Set

The Manley 596400CE-8 is a Platinum Series Extreme Duty forged piston set for Chevrolet LS engines, featuring a 4.125-inch bore, 1.065-inch compression distance, and a -20cc dish top.

Forged from 2618 aluminum alloy, these Extreme Duty pistons offer maximum high-temperature strength and fatigue resistance. The "CE" designation indicates the Extreme Duty 2618 alloy construction with moly-coated skirts included as standard. Manley's proprietary Contour Forging process provides the ideal balance between strength and weight without grain-interrupting internal milling, resulting in a stronger, more durable piston.

Key Features:

• 4.125" bore diameter with -20cc dish top configuration
• 1.065" compression distance (CD) for precise deck height tuning
• 2618 Extreme Duty alloy forgings for maximum strength under boost and nitrous
• Moly-coated skirts for reduced friction and improved break-in
• Offset wrist pin design for quieter cold starts and reduced piston slap
• Unique single-operation fixturing ensures perfect ring groove-to-skirt squareness
• Proprietary multi-step top ring groove machining for precise groove size, geometry, flatness, and finish
• Pressure balance grooves included
• Includes tool steel wrist pins, roundwire locks, and a 1.5mm / 1.5mm / 3.0mm Total Seal ring package

The Manley Platinum Series Extreme Duty piston set is the choice of professional engine builders and elite tuners worldwide. The -20cc dish top allows for fine-tuning compression ratios to suit a wide range of LS stroker and big-bore engine combinations.
