Manley 28598RHX BBC Rotating Assembly Stroke Bore Flat Top - 598 4.500 4.600 3cc

The Manley 28598RHX is a complete Big Block Chevy 598 cubic inch rotating assembly kit featuring a 4.500" stroke crankshaft, 4.600" bore pistons, and -3cc flat top piston configuration. This externally balanced kit is precision-assembled in-house by Manley Performance and is designed for use with a 10.200" tall deck block.

At the heart of this kit is a Manley 4340 non-twist lightweight forged steel 4.500" crankshaft that has been heat treated, stress relieved, shot peened, nitrided, and 100% Magna Fluxed for maximum strength and reliability. The connecting rods are Manley 4340 forged steel H-beam 6.700" units fitted with 7/16" ARP 2000 cap screws rated to 1,500 hp, and have received the same rigorous heat treat and inspection process as the crankshaft.

The pistons are Manley 2618 forged aluminum Platinum Series units in a 4.600" bore, 1.245" compression height, -3cc flat top design (part #698080), targeting approximately 10.0:1 compression ratio with a 118cc chamber. Manley premium chromoly wrist pins are also included.
