The Manley 29565H is a complete Big Block Chevy 565 CID high-compression rotating assembly engineered for serious performance builds. Featuring a 4.250" stroke and 4.600" bore, this precision-matched kit displaces 565 cubic inches and is designed for 9.800" standard deck blocks. It is precision internally balanced in-house by Manley to within +/-1% of bobweight, eliminating the need for external balancing.

• Crankshaft: Manley 4340 non-twist lightweight forged steel, 4.250" stroke — heat treated, stress relieved, shot peened, nitrided, and 100% magnaflux inspected
• Connecting Rods: Manley 4340 forged steel H-Beam, 6.385" length, with 7/16" ARP 8740 cap screws (ARP 2000 optional) — heat treated, stress relieved, shot peened, nitrided, and 100% magnaflux inspected
• Pistons: Manley 2618 forged aluminum Platinum Series, 4.600" bore, 1.395" compression height, +43cc dome, with premium chrome moly wrist pins
• Piston Rings: Total Seal 1/16" – 1/16" – 3/16" ring set
• Bearings: Clevite high-performance "H" Series rod (narrowed) and main bearings
