Skyjacker F9701BS 6-Inch Suspension Lift System Box Kit for 1997-2003 Ford F150 4x4

The Skyjacker F9701BS is the system box component set for Skyjacker's 6-inch suspension lift designed for 1997–2003 Ford F-150 4x4 trucks, including the 2004 Heritage F-150. This box kit contains the core front suspension hardware of the F9701 lift system but is configured without rear lift blocks, making it the ideal choice for builds that use aftermarket rear leaf springs or a separate rear lift solution.

The front suspension components feature CNC machined replacement steering knuckles that meet and exceed OEM specifications, along with heavy-duty replacement crossmembers and an integrated 2-piece, 4-point skid plate that reinforces the front frame area against off-road forces. Bracketry for the torsion bar crossmember, longer front sway bar end links, and front and rear brake line relocation brackets are also included. The design requires no driveshaft replacement or modification, and no cutting, grinding, or welding — preserving the ability to return the vehicle to stock if desired.

Important Installation Notes:

• This system box (F9701BS) does not include rear lift blocks; U-bolts included are part# 916x314x912
• The factory rear block is removed as part of this installation
• Oversized camber/caster shims are required for proper front-end alignment — these must be sourced separately if not already present
• Front-end alignment must be reset to factory specifications after installation
• Shock absorbers are not included and must be purchased separately
• If larger tires exceeding 10% of stock diameter are installed, speedometer recalibration is required
• Some models may require outer tie rod end adjustment thread trimming to achieve proper toe-in
