Wiseco RED0078X85 RED Series Forged Piston Set for Domestic Engines - V8

The Wiseco RED0078X85 is part of Wiseco's RED™ Series (Race Engineered Design™) forged piston line, engineered for serious performance on domestic V8 platforms. Built for applications ranging from drag racing to circle track competition, this piston set delivers the strength, precision, and durability that high-output engines demand.

Key Features:

• Race Engineered Design (RED™): Forged construction using a strutted forging process for superior strength-to-weight ratio
• Forged Aluminum Construction: Manufactured from high-strength forged aluminum for improved durability and reduced weight over cast alternatives
• CNC Diamond-Turned Finish: Precision-machined skirt profile for consistent sizing and optimal bore fitment
• ArmorGlide Skirt Coating: Dry-film lubricant applied to piston skirts reduces friction, improves performance, and quiets piston operation
• Deep Valve Pockets: Machined valve reliefs provide clearance for aggressive camshaft profiles and modified cylinder heads
• Engineered and Manufactured in the USA: Designed, forged, and machined at Wiseco's facility in Mentor, Ohio
• Complete Kit: Includes piston(s), ring set, wrist pin(s), and circlips — everything needed for a proper rebuild
