Wiseco RED0078X7 Racer Elite Connecting Rod Kit

The Wiseco RED0078X7 is a Racer Elite connecting rod kit engineered for demanding powersports applications. Built from the ground up using F1 engineering design principles, the Racer Elite line is developed, tested, and proven in professional Supercross and Motocross racing before reaching the public market.

Each rod is a one-piece design fully machined from proprietary, USA-made steel forgings, ensuring better-aligned grain flow throughout the beam. Targeted heat-treating methods are applied to independently control hardness in the beam versus on the thrust faces, resulting in a stronger rod with an extended service life.

Key Features:

• One-piece design machined from proprietary, USA-made forgings for optimal grain flow
• Designed and manufactured in the USA using F1 engineering design experience
• Achieves optimal strength-to-weight characteristics throughout the rod
• CNC machining tolerances held to millionths of an inch on critical dimensions
• Heat-treated for industry-leading strength and extended service life
• Improved surface finishes reduce friction and improve durability
• Dedicated quality process includes Zeiss CMM inspection with individualized critical dimension reporting and serialization
• Kit includes rod, OEM-quality crank pin, high-quality Japanese big-end bearing, and thrust washers (where applicable)

The Racer Elite line represents Wiseco's highest tier of powersports connecting rod technology, developed with input from veteran engine builders and validated across multiple seasons of professional racing competition.
