Fox Racing Shocks 981-35-403-R Factory Race 3.5 x 18 External Bypass Piggyback Shock Right

The Fox Racing Shocks 981-35-403-R is a Factory Race Series external bypass shock engineered for extreme off-road performance. This right-side shock features a 3.5-inch bore diameter with an 18-inch stroke length, providing exceptional suspension travel for rock crawling, desert racing, and demanding off-road applications.

Key Features:

• 5-tube external bypass design with 3/4-inch bypass tubes for precise compression and rebound tuning across the entire stroke range
• Piggyback reservoir configuration maintains consistent damping performance under extreme conditions
• Right-side mounting orientation for vehicle-specific installations
• Fully rebuildable and serviceable construction for long-term durability and maintenance
• Custom valving options available to match specific vehicle weight, terrain, and driving style
• Factory Race Series quality with precision-machined components and race-proven technology

External bypass shocks allow independent tuning of multiple zones throughout the shock's stroke, delivering plush ride quality during normal driving while providing progressive resistance and bottoming control under high-speed compression. The piggyback reservoir increases oil and nitrogen capacity, reducing heat buildup and fade during extended off-road use. This shock is designed for serious off-road enthusiasts and professional race teams who demand maximum performance and adjustability.
