First purchase here, all fine thus far. Awaiting 2-day shipment!

Shopping experience was good, but the picture does not match the item. Leads to confusion.

I was not informed that my order was shipped out. When I called and asked about it the rep said it would ship out next week. Later that day I got a notice from FedEx that my order was out for delivery. The product I bought was the correct item I ordered ' brand new in the box' so everything was good in that way.
