Manley 39565 Big Block Chevy 565 Rotating Assembly Kit

The Manley 39565 is a high-performance rotating assembly kit designed for Big Block Chevy engines, providing a displacement of 565 cubic inches. This complete assembly is engineered for serious performance applications and includes all the critical rotating components needed to build a bulletproof bottom end.

Key Components:

• Manley 4340 forged steel crankshaft with center counterweights and 4.250-inch stroke
• Manley 6.385-inch forged 4340 steel H-beam connecting rods with 7/16-inch ARP 8740 rod bolts
• Manley Platinum Series forged aluminum pistons with +43cc dome design for 4.600-inch bore
• High-performance piston ring set
• Premium Clevite rod and main bearings (narrowed)

Compression Ratios (at 9.800-inch deck height):

• 58cc chamber: 14.9:1
• 64cc chamber: 14.0:1
• 76cc chamber: 13.2:1

Performance Specifications:

• Horsepower rating: 900 HP with standard ARP 8740 rod bolts, up to 1,500 HP with optional ARP 2000 cap screws
• Factory balanced to within +/- 1% of bobweight
• Crankshaft features: heat treated, stress relieved, shot peened, nitrided, and 100% magnafluxed
• Micro-polished large radius journals require narrowed rod bearings

The pistons are forged from premium 2618 aluminum alloy and feature .043-inch top ring, 3/16-inch second ring configuration. The domed piston design is compatible with popular aftermarket big block Chevy cylinder heads. This assembly is ideal for race engines, heavily modified street applications, and naturally aspirated or nitrous builds requiring extreme compression ratios.

Important Notes: This rotating assembly requires balancing before installation. Not intended for use with highly boosted roots-style cog belt superchargers. Designed for standard deck Big Block Chevy blocks.
