The Pedders PED-280109 TrakRyder Rear Raised Coil Spring is a precision-engineered lift spring designed to deliver increased ground clearance and improved suspension performance for the Jeep Wrangler JK 2-Door. Providing approximately 40–60mm of rear height increase, this spring is a key component in Pedders' proven TrakRyder suspension system and is sold individually (one spring per package).

Pedders TrakRyder coil springs are built as the foundation of an enhanced 4WD suspension system, specifically engineered to improve ride quality, reduce body roll, and optimize tire contact for superior handling both on- and off-road. Each spring is manufactured to strict ISO 9001 quality standards with a tight tolerance of only +/–2mm at loaded height, ensuring consistent and predictable performance.

Manufacturing Process & Features:

  • Hot-formed coils cut to precise length for accurate fitment
  • Oil bath quenched and slowly oven-tempered for strength and durability
  • Shot peened to enhance fatigue resistance and extend service life
  • Scragged and tested for loaded height and rate accuracy
  • Powder coated for long-lasting corrosion protection and appearance
  • Designed to reduce body roll and improve overall traction and handling
  • Pairs with Pedders TrakRyder shock absorbers for an integrated suspension upgrade

This spring is the rear counterpart (PED-280109) to the front TrakRyder spring (PED-280018) and is also included as part of the complete Pedders TrakRyder 2-Inch Lift Kit (PED-814102). The rear spring rate is 3.1 kg/mm, tuned specifically for the Jeep Wrangler JK 2-Door platform. Sold as a single spring.
