Wiseco KE163M86AP Forged Piston Kit Opel Vauxhall C20XE 2.0L 16V 86mm STD Bore 12.5:1

The Wiseco KE163M86AP is a Professional Series forged piston kit designed for the Opel/Vauxhall C20XE 2.0L 16V four-cylinder engine.

Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA, these pistons are constructed from 2618 high-strength aluminum alloy for superior tensile strength and durability under demanding conditions. Each piston features a 30.19mm compression height and a 0.827 in. (21mm) wrist pin diameter, maintaining precise fitment and stability at high RPM.

Key Features:

• Armor Plating (AP) Coating — Abrasion-resistant plating on the crown and wrist pin bore that raises aluminum hardness, prevents micro-welding of piston rings, reduces carbon buildup, and combats corrosion from detonation
• ArmorGlide® Skirt Coating — Anti-friction coating that minimizes scuffing during break-in and reduces friction against the cylinder wall for quieter, more efficient operation
• Textured Crown Face — Improves combustion characteristics at high compression
• Precision Ring Grooves — Fully machined for consistent ring seal and long-term durability
• 2618 Aluminum Alloy Construction — High-strength forging material suited for severe-duty race applications
• Complete Kit — Includes 4 forged pistons, rings, wrist pins, and locks

Wiseco's Professional Series pistons are built for serious racers and engine builders who demand reliability in heavy to severe-duty race environments. Manufactured at Wiseco's Mentor, Ohio facility with over 80 years of motorsport heritage, the KE163M86AP delivers the precision and durability required for a performance C20XE build.
