Wiseco K668M8675 Mitsubishi 4G63 Forged Piston Kit 86.75mm Bore

The Wiseco K668M8675 is a forged performance piston kit engineered for the Mitsubishi 4G63 turbocharged 2.0L engine. Designed for builders and racers who demand superior strength and reliability, this kit features an 86.75mm bore diameter and is purpose-built to handle the extreme cylinder pressures generated by forced induction and high-performance builds.

Wiseco pistons are forged from high-silicon, low-expansion aluminum alloy, delivering exceptional tensile strength, reduced reciprocating weight, improved heat transfer, and extended service life compared to factory cast pistons. Each piston is precision-machined on CNC equipment to exacting tolerances for a consistent fit and optimal ring seal.

Key Features:

• Forged high-silicon aluminum construction for superior strength and durability
• 86.75mm bore diameter — oversize fitment for the Mitsubishi 4G63 2.0L engine
• Optimized strength-to-weight ratio via dedicated forging design
• Precision CNC-machined for consistent tolerances and optimal ring seal
• Compatible with cast iron, chrome, Nikasil, and boron composite cylinder bore compositions
• Engineered and manufactured in the USA
• Kit includes forged piston(s), high-quality piston rings, wrist pin(s), and circlips

Wiseco has been at the forefront of forged piston manufacturing since 1940, making them the trusted choice for competitive motorsport and high-performance street builds. The K668M8675 is an ideal upgrade for Mitsubishi Evo builds requiring a precise oversize bore solution.
