Product Details

The Wiseco KE103M92AP is a Professional Series forged piston kit engineered for the Ford Cosworth 2.0L 16V engine (engine codes YB/N5), as found in the Sierra and Escort Cosworth platforms.

Forged in the USA from 2618 high-strength aluminum alloy, these pistons are designed to withstand the thermal and mechanical demands of heavy to severe-duty race builds. Each piston features Wiseco's ArmorGlide® skirt coating for improved seizure resistance, reduced friction, and quieter operation — freeing up additional horsepower. The fully machined crown includes precision ring grooves, an anti-detonation groove, and forced pin oiling for superior lubrication under race conditions.

Key Features:

  • Bore diameter: 92.00mm (+1.18mm oversize)
  • Compression ratio: 8.0:1 (dish crown, -20.2cc)
  • Compression height: 40.80mm
  • Pin diameter: 24mm (0.945 in.)
  • Material: 2618 forged aluminum alloy
  • ArmorGlide® skirt coating — seizure resistant, friction-reducing
  • Precision ring grooves with anti-detonation groove
  • Forced pin oiling for enhanced wrist pin lubrication
  • Compatible with Ford Cosworth YB/N5 engine code

Kit includes 4 forged pistons, rings, gudgeon pins, and wire clips — everything needed for a complete piston replacement. Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA, the Wiseco KE103M92AP is purpose-built for serious Cosworth turbo builds demanding maximum durability and consistent performance.
