Wiseco K495B105 BBC Quick Forged Piston Kit Compression Height - 8 15.6cc 18-Degree 1.065in

The Wiseco K495B105 is a shelf-stock forged piston kit engineered for Chevrolet Big Block (BBC) engines built around 18-degree raised runner cylinder heads. Part of Wiseco's performance Quick 8 series, these pistons feature a +15.6cc dome volume and a 1.065-inch compression height, making them an ideal choice for high-compression BBC performance builds using aftermarket 18° heads such as those from Dart, Brodix, or World Products.

Forged and machined in the USA from 2618 high-strength aluminum alloy, these pistons are built to withstand heavy- to severe-duty performance applications. The 2618 alloy provides superior tensile strength and fatigue resistance compared to standard 4032-alloy pistons, making them well-suited for forced induction, nitrous, and high-RPM race use.

Key Features:

• 2618 aluminum alloy construction for superior strength and durability
• +15.6cc dome optimized for 18-degree raised runner head configurations
• 1.065-inch compression height for precise deck height targeting
• ArmorGlide skirt coating for reduced friction, seizure resistance, and quieter operation
• Fully machined crown for precise combustion chamber volume control
• Precision ring grooves with anti-detonation and pressure seal grooves
• Forced pin oiling for improved wrist pin lubrication under load
• Shelf-stock (Build to Stock) configuration for immediate availability
• Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA

Note: Piston rings are sold separately. Always verify bore size, compression height, and deck height calculations against your specific block and stroke combination before ordering.
