General GTC605 Fuel Injection Analyzer Hand-Held Diagnostic Tool

The General GTC605 Fuel Injection Analyzer is a hand-held instrument designed for the diagnosis and performance measurement of all types of fuel injection systems, including solenoid, piezoelectric, and mechanical injectors used on diesel, gasoline, and liquid natural gas engines. This professional diagnostic tool is as simple to use as clipping the ground wire to a chassis ground and pressing the sensor against a fuel injector—no need to disconnect or remove anything, and you can check all fuel injectors without turning off the engine.

Key Features:

• Faster, easier to use, and more comprehensive than traditional fuel injector testers due to the unique patent-pending sensor system
• Displays control signal, fuel injector power, and pintle movement timing and performance in real-time
• Quickly locates stuck, clogged, and disconnected fuel injectors
• Graph open time, on time, open response time, close response time, and RPM for each injection to detect misfires
• Features a 3.5 inch color TFT LCD screen with wide viewing angles
• Rechargeable Li-Ion battery providing up to 5 hours of working time
• Compliant with rigorous MIL-STD-810 drop test standards

The GTC605 enables technicians to pinpoint and replace only faulty injectors with surgical precision, saving both time and money. Use the digital view to quickly check average parameters, and the chart view to check for periodic or infrequent problems.
