The D2 Racing RS Coilover system with Front Air Cups and Gold Tankless Control System delivers the best of both worlds — the proven performance and reliability of coilovers combined with on-demand air-assisted height adjustment. Engineered for the 2005–2010 Chevrolet Cobalt, this hybrid suspension solution allows lowered vehicles to effortlessly clear speed bumps, steep driveway inclines and declines, and trailer approaches at the push of a button.

The front air cups are precision CNC-machined from billet aluminum and feature a double-sealed piston capable of raising the vehicle up to 2.0 inches in seconds. They are designed specifically for use with D2 Racing RS series front coilovers, integrating seamlessly without sacrificing ride quality or handling.

This kit features the Gold Tankless Control System, which upgrades to a high-performance Viair 444C compressor and eliminates the need for an air storage tank — making it the ideal choice for builds where space is at a premium. A 3-way electronic IMI valve with an LED-backlit button controls the system and can be cleanly integrated into the vehicle's dash. Engaging the button raises the vehicle to full height; pressing it again releases pressure and returns the suspension to its standard lowered position.
