HPS Performance Products 316-SSTC-197-205 T-Bolt Hose Clamp 7.75-8.06 Inch Marine Grade Stainless Steel

The HPS Performance Products 316-SSTC-197-205 is a heavy-duty T-bolt hose clamp engineered for demanding marine, automotive, and industrial applications. Constructed from 100% marine grade 316 stainless steel, this clamp delivers superior corrosion resistance compared to standard 304 stainless steel, making it ideal for saltwater environments and harsh conditions.

Key Features:

• Marine grade 316 stainless steel construction (band, bolt, and nut) for maximum corrosion resistance
• Effective clamping range: 7.75 to 8.06 inches (197mm to 205mm), SAE #220
• 3/4 inch (19mm) band width provides secure, even pressure distribution
• Floating bridge design and rolled edges protect soft hoses from damage
• High strength welded construction for reliable performance
• Maximum torque specification: 75 inch-pounds
• Meets or exceeds SAE Spec J1508 for T-bolt clamps

This T-bolt clamp is particularly well-suited for turbo systems, intercooler piping, marine wet exhaust applications (recommend using two clamps), and any connection requiring superior holding power and corrosion resistance. The floating bridge design allows for thermal expansion and contraction while maintaining consistent clamping force.
