Metra AXLOC4M-80 4-Channel Mini Line Output Converter 80W with Turn-On Output

The Metra AXLOC4M-80 is a compact 4-channel line output converter (LOC) designed to allow the integration of an aftermarket amplifier into a factory or OEM head unit system. By converting high-level speaker outputs into preamp-level RCA signals, this mini LOC eliminates the need for a head unit with dedicated RCA preamp outputs.

Key Features:

• 4-Channel Output: Converts four channels of high-level speaker wire input into low-level RCA preamp outputs for clean amplifier integration
• 80W Per Channel Handling: Supports up to 80 watts per channel input, compatible with most factory and aftermarket head units
• Turn-On Output: Includes a remote turn-on lead output to automatically trigger an amplifier or other accessories when the source unit is powered on
• Compact Mini Design: Space-saving form factor ideal for installations with limited mounting space behind the dash or in tight enclosures
• High-Level Speaker Inputs: Accepts direct speaker wire connections from the source unit for straightforward installation without signal taps
• Clean Signal Conversion: Delivers a clean, low-noise RCA signal to downstream amplifiers for improved audio quality over factory systems

The Metra AXLOC4M-80 is an ideal solution for upgrading factory audio systems with an external amplifier while retaining the OEM head unit. Its integrated remote turn-on output simplifies wiring and ensures reliable amplifier switching with every ignition cycle.
