The QA1 KMR10 is a KM Series three-piece carbon steel rod end featuring a male mounting configuration with a 5/8" bore and 5/8-18 right-hand threads. Designed for precision performance in racing, street rod, and suspension applications, this heim joint delivers tight tolerances and long-lasting durability.

QA1's three-piece rod end construction presses the ball into a sleeve that is swaged around the ball — forming what is called the insert. The outer diameter of the insert is then turned down and faced off to square up the sides before being staked into the rod end body. This method delivers superior ball-to-race conformity and tighter tolerances compared to two-piece designs, making the KMR10 well-suited for applications where precision is critical.
