COMP Cams 7102CPG Keyway Adjustable Billet Timing Set LS2 24X Double Roller

The COMP Cams 7102CPG Keyway Adjustable Billet Timing Set is engineered for GM LS2 engines equipped with a 24-tooth reluctor. This precision timing set combines advanced adjustability with race-proven durability, making it ideal for both street performance and racing applications.

Key Features:

• Induction-hardened billet steel camshaft and crankshaft gears for maximum durability
• 9-keyway crankshaft sprocket allows 2-degree incremental timing adjustments
• Adjustable up to 8 degrees advance or retard at the crankshaft (4 degrees at camshaft)
• Pre-stretched, heat-treated true double roller chain with heavy-duty large pin design
• Includes Torrington roller thrust bearing to reduce friction
• Dynamically balanced for precise operation
• 3-bolt camshaft gear attachment

This timing set is specifically designed for early model LS2 engines with 24X reluctor configurations. When installing a double roller timing chain in LS engines, the oil pump may need to be spaced from the block for proper clearance. The precision-machined components ensure timing accuracy throughout the life of your engine, while the adjustable design allows you to optimize cam timing for maximum performance.
