Product Details

The COMP Cams 3136CPG Hi-Tech Roller Race Timing Set is engineered for extreme racing applications and factory roller camshaft engines. This precision timing set delivers the strength, reliability, and adjustability demanded by high-performance race builds.

Key Features:

  • Double-row chain with oversized rollers for maximum strength and durability
  • Steel cam gear and steel crank gear construction for race-proven reliability
  • Three-keyway crank sprocket allows cam timing adjustment: normal, 4 degrees advanced, or 4 degrees retarded (2 degrees at camshaft)
  • Dynamically balanced design ensures smoother, more accurate operation with reduced timing fluctuation
  • Designed specifically for factory roller camshaft motors

Important Installation Note: This timing set will not fit behind a stock timing cover due to its oversized design. An aftermarket timing cover is required for proper installation.

The Hi-Tech Roller Race series represents COMP Cams' commitment to delivering professional-grade timing components that withstand the rigors of competitive racing while maintaining precise valve timing control.

Got it quick and it was just what I ordered.

Great and speedy service everytime I order.

Excellent experience

item received as described in a timely manner

I had placed my order and then had been checking the confirmation email site for updates on processing and when it was shipped. It had been over a week with no updates noted just that the order was received. I emailed customer service to see if my order had shipped yet and was told they would check with the warehouse to check the status. They responded quickly to let me know what date it was shipped and provided tracking information. I appreciated the quick response and follow up by your customer service representative. Perhaps keeping the "progress of order" page updated to real time more often would be beneficial.
