Supertech Performance MCEVN-1010T Mini Cooper 1.6L Black Nitride Exhaust Valve

The Supertech Performance MCEVN-1010T is a precision-engineered exhaust valve designed for Mini Cooper 1.6L engines, featuring a 25.5mm head diameter, 5.92mm stem diameter, and 118.37mm overall length. This valve features a black nitride coating, a hardening treatment with superior benefits that achieves a minimum microhardness of 800HV, making it ideal for both street and high-performance applications.

Key Features:

• Smoother surface finish than chrome-coated stems for reduced friction between stem and guide
• Hardened valve seat surface lasts longer with lead-free fuels, alcohols, and nitrous applications
• Black nitride coating applied to the entire valve, not just the stem
• Swirl polished with stem undercut and hardened tip
• Nitrided layer adhered at microscopic level prevents flaking or breaking during valve-to-piston contact
