The Cusco LSD-1C7-VT15 is a Type-RS Spec-F 1.5 Way limited slip differential designed for front axle applications. Type-RS Technology:

The Type-RS model utilizes a coil spring design that applies activation pressure in the same direction as the initial torque, enabling smoother and quicker clutch plate engagement. The initial torque is set approximately 50-70% lower than conventional cone plate designs, reducing driving resistance while providing responsive and smooth operation. The RS springs sit inside the pressure rings and apply constant pressure against the clutch plates, resulting in minimal loss of initial torque over time.

Spec-F 1.5 Way Configuration:

The 1.5 Way setting is ideal for vehicles with understeer tendencies, activating during both acceleration and deceleration (such as in corners). Initial cam angle settings are 35°/20° with adjustable capability to 45°/20°. Initial torque range is 2-4 kgfm.
