HKS G48351-T23011-00 Advanced Bump Rubber Suspension Replacement Part

The HKS G48351-T23011-00 Bump Rubber is a genuine OEM replacement bump stop rubber designed for use with HKS Hipermax coilover suspension systems. As a critical suspension component, the bump rubber acts as a progressive cushion at the end of the damper's compression stroke, helping to protect the shock absorber and deliver a smoother, more controlled suspension feel.

HKS engineered their Advanced Bump Rubber concept through extensive research during the development of their Hipermax platform. Unlike conventional bump stops, HKS bump rubbers are designed to make contact earlier in the compression stroke and gradually increase load resistance, preventing sudden, harsh changes in suspension movement.

Key Features:

• Genuine HKS replacement bump rubber for Hipermax coilover systems
• Progressive rate design engages early in the stroke for smooth load buildup
• Helps prevent sudden suspension bottoming and harsh impacts
• Designed to work in harmony with HKS damper valving for optimal ride quality
• Direct OEM replacement — maintains factory HKS suspension performance characteristics
• Manufactured in Japan to HKS quality standards

Replacing worn or damaged bump rubbers is an important part of coilover maintenance. A deteriorated bump rubber can cause harsh bottoming, increased noise, and premature damper wear. The HKS G48351-T23011-00 ensures your Hipermax system continues to perform as designed, whether used for spirited street driving or track applications.
