Wilwood 831-16660 ProSpindles 2" Drop Front Axle Spindles 1955-1957 Chevy

The Wilwood 831-16660 ProSpindles are precision-engineered 2" drop front axle spindles designed specifically for 1955-1957 Chevrolet Bel Air, Nomad, 210, and other full-size models. These performance spindles simplify the installation of Wilwood disc brake systems while improving both aesthetics and handling characteristics.

Key Features:

• Precision steel construction—lighter and stronger than factory cast iron spindles
• 2" drop design lowers vehicle stance for improved appearance and handling
• Reinforced mounting points engineered for various Wilwood disc brake kits
• Compatible with high-performance aluminum four or six-piston calipers
• Supports rotor sizes ranging from 11.50" to 14.00" diameter
• Uses OE ball joints and steering arms for direct installation
• Maintains factory suspension and steering geometry—no modifications required

Each kit includes a pair of spindles. These ProSpindles provide a straightforward upgrade path for classic Chevy owners looking to modernize their braking system with Wilwood components while achieving a lower, more aggressive stance without compromising drivability or requiring extensive suspension modifications.
