RS*R XBIT594MA Best-i Active Coilover Kit for Lexus - IS500

The RS*R Best-i Active Coilover Kit represents a breakthrough in aftermarket suspension technology, specifically engineered to work seamlessly with the factory Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) system. Unlike conventional aftermarket coilovers that disable electronic damping control, the Best-i Active series retains full functionality of the factory AVS system, allowing drivers to toggle between Comfort, Sport, and Sport+ driving modes while enjoying the benefits of a fully adjustable coilover suspension.

Key Features:

• Compatible with factory AVS electronic damping control system
• 24-way manual damper force adjustment dial located at the base of each coilover
• Hand-assembled monotube damper system with vehicle-specific valving
• Laser-cut upper mounts and hand-welded lower brackets for precision fitment
• Full-length adjustable ride height with recommended drop range of 1.4 to 1.8 inches
• Complete kit includes four coilover assemblies

RS*R coilovers utilize modern urethane bushing technology and silent roller bearings to eliminate excess vibrations and minimize suspension noise during everyday driving. Each coilover is meticulously hand-assembled at RS*R's facility in Japan, ensuring consistent quality and attention to detail. The monotube design provides superior heat dissipation and more consistent damping performance compared to traditional twin-tube designs.

The Best-i Active series offers the unique advantage of dual adjustment capabilities: electronic control through the factory AVS system for on-the-fly mode changes, plus manual 24-way damping adjustment for fine-tuning ride characteristics to your specific preferences. This combination delivers both the convenience of electronic control and the precision of manual adjustment.

Includes: Four complete coilover assemblies (front and rear), adjustment tools, and installation hardware. Backed by RS*R USA's limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for 1 year or 12,000 miles.
