Excellent product and service from start to finish.

One of my items that I ordered arrived in the wrong size. The customer service staff was absolutely fantastic. They sent me return lables and got my new item to me with no problem at all. I will be shopping here again.

They had a better price than anyone else on the internet for the part I needed. And the shipping was fairly quick.

Prices were good and the order shipped promptly. The email notice of shipment was a little late. It came after the order had arrived.

Very fast process, just hoping it's the right item. The description was not very good.

This was my first order with Autoplicity. Their prices were great, and the ordering process very easy. I was a little frustrated at first, as the order didn't arrive as expected. When I called, it took a little work, but I finally got the info that it was shipping from the manufacturer, and did get the tracking info. The parts arrived when tracking said it should. Would I place another order with Autoplicity? Short answer is yes!
