These people are just awesome! I got my Thule Bike Rack for a fraction of the cost compared to everywhere else. Shipping was very fast and cheap but when I received it there were a couple of missing hardware parts. Thule wanted to make me ship the whole thing back. Great prices for the parts I needed to replace on my SUV, a bit hard to reach customer service when I had a question about the order. When I finally did reach CS, question was answered without any issues, shipping costs seem a bit high.
