Wiseco W6170 Sport Compact MLS Cylinder Head Gasket 76mm Bore .030" Thickness

The Wiseco W6170 is a Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) cylinder head gasket engineered for Honda sport compact engines. Featuring a 76mm bore diameter and 0.030" (0.76mm) compressed thickness, this 3-layer gasket is purpose-built for high-performance and power-adder applications where a factory gasket simply won't hold up.

Key Features:

• Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) Construction: High-pressure steel-laminate design withstands the extreme shear forces generated between aluminum cylinder heads and iron engine blocks
• 3-Layer Design: Three-layer MLS construction provides superior sealing integrity over single-layer alternatives
• Heat-Activated Embossments: Internal embossments expand with heat to create a tighter, more reliable seal under extreme combustion pressures and temperatures
• Power-Adder Ready: Engineered to perform in turbocharged, supercharged, and nitrous oxide applications
• 76mm Bore Diameter: Accommodates a 76mm (+0.040" over stock) bore
• 0.030" / 0.76mm Compressed Thickness: Precise thickness for proper compression ratio management

The Wiseco W6170 MLS head gasket is the go-to solution for Honda D-series engine builds that demand reliable sealing under boosted or high-compression conditions. Compatible with Honda D15Z1, D16Y5, D16Y7, and D16Y8 engine families, this gasket delivers the performance and durability that Wiseco is known for across motorsports.
