The QA1 AFL5S is an A-Series Endura aluminum rod end featuring a female, left-hand thread body with a 5/16-24 thread size, a 5/16 in. (0.3125 in.) bore, and a stud configuration — ideal for performance builds where weight savings and durability are both critical. The body is finished in signature red anodized aircraft aluminum for corrosion resistance and easy identification.

As part of QA1's Endura Series, this rod end uses a Nylon/PTFE injection-molded race that is completely self-sealing and self-lubricating, effectively keeping dirt and debris out without the need for periodic greasing. The AF Series design is over 10% lighter than traditional three-piece aluminum rod ends while also being the most wear-resistant aluminum rod end design available from QA1.
