Cusco 380 64R CP Sport R Coilover Kit Mono-Tube 24-Way Adjustable

The Cusco Sport R Coilover Suspension Kit represents a professional-grade racing solution engineered for track-focused enthusiasts and competition drivers. Developed for all-out track cars participating in full-scale racing and time attack competitions, this system delivers uncompromising performance for serious motorsports applications.

Mono-Tube Construction:

The monotube design allows for a larger diameter piston for rigidity and creates a larger volume chamber, enabling higher piston speeds and finer damper control at all stroke speeds. This construction resists fade during extended track sessions and provides consistent performance under extreme conditions.

Key Features:

• 24-way adjustable damping with patented Cusco needle-valves for precise rebound control
• Non-adjustable pillow ball upper mounts front and rear for zero-deflection steering response
• Full-length coaxial height adjustment system that maintains proper spring preload
• Front spring rate: 18 kgf/mm with optional rates (14/16/20/22/24 kgf/mm)
• Rear spring rate: 20 kgf/mm with optional rates (14/16/18/22/24/26 kgf/mm)
• Default ride height: -30mm front, -40mm rear from stock
• Can be overhauled for extended service life

Optional Upgrades Available Separately:

• Rigid aluminum spring seats for increased preload capacity
• Damper adjustment adapter for easier tuning access

These coilovers are optimized for track compound tires and deliver the race-grade suspension control demanded by competitive driving. The Sport R series provides maximum mechanical grip and chassis feedback for drivers seeking ultimate performance at the adhesion limit.
