ACT BM12-HDR6 Heavy Duty Race Rigid Pad Clutch Kit - 6

The ACT BM12-HDR6 Heavy Duty Race Rigid 6 Pad Clutch Kit is engineered for serious racing applications where maximum performance and rapid shifting are critical. This competition-grade clutch kit combines ACT's Heavy Duty pressure plate with a rigid 6-pad ceramic race disc for uncompromising power transfer and heat management.

Heavy Duty Pressure Plate:

• Exclusive diaphragm design increases clamp load and reduces deflection
• Four-stage heat-treating process for exceptional durability
• Precision cover stampings provide rigidity and consistency
• 100% clamp load tested for reliable performance
• Dynamically computer balanced for smooth high-RPM operation

6-Pad Rigid Race Disc:

• Select ceramic friction materials deliver high heat tolerance
• Chrome-moly hub is heat-treated for maximum strength
• Lightweight rigid design enables quicker shifts
• Six-pad configuration absorbs substantial heat in larger clutch applications
• Precisely assembled and accurately balanced

Performance Characteristics:

• Light to moderate pedal effort with aggressive engagement
• Harsher engagement delivers faster shifting response
• Moderate friction life extended by ACT's diaphragm technology
• Increased gear rattle due to rigid design
• Rigid construction may increase spline wear

Important: This clutch kit is recommended for race use only and is not intended for street driving applications.
