The QA1 Precision Products HML7 is a premium three-piece male rod end from the HM Series, engineered with heat-treated chromoly steel construction for superior strength and durability. This precision rod end features a 7/16-20 left-hand thread and is designed for high-performance suspension systems where tight tolerances are critical.

Three-Piece Construction Benefits:

QA1's three-piece design presses the ball into a sleeve that is swaged around it, creating what's called the insert. The outer diameter of the insert is then precision-machined and faced off before being staked into the rod end body. This manufacturing process delivers superior ball-to-race conformity and tighter tolerances compared to two-piece designs, making it ideal for racing and high-performance applications.
