Cusco 965 051 A Coolant Reservoir Tank Polished Aluminum

The Cusco 965 051 A Performance Coolant Reservoir Tank is engineered to enhance cooling efficiency during high-performance driving conditions. When engines operate at higher RPMs, increased water pump flow can cause coolant to circulate too rapidly, creating air bubbles that lead to cavitation within the cooling system. This cavitation reduces cooling efficiency in the engine's water jacket passages and can compromise overall engine performance.

Key Features:

• High-quality polished aluminum construction for lightweight durability and corrosion resistance
• Promotes smoother coolant flow to prevent damaging cavitation at high RPM
• High-mounted external reservoir design allows easy air bleeding from the cooling system
• Includes Cusco high-pressure radiator cap (1.3kPa/1.3 bar) for improved system pressure
• Complete kit with tank, mounting hardware, hoses, and all necessary components for installation
• Designed for compatibility with other Cusco components including strut tower bars, power braces, and oil coolers
• Polished aluminum finish enhances engine bay aesthetics

This performance upgrade reduces negative thermodynamic effects caused by cavitation, helping maintain consistent cooling temperatures during aggressive driving, track days, and high-RPM operation. The strategic layout and elevated placement of the reservoir simplifies cooling system maintenance and ensures optimal coolant circulation throughout the engine.
