The rotary forging process compresses the aluminum's grain structure, eliminating porosity and air pockets that can weaken cast wheels under stress. Crafted from the highest grade forged aluminum, these wheels are lighter and stronger than standard racing wheels. Founded by championship sprint car driver Greg Weld in 1967, Weld Racing wheels are designed by people who depend on them at 200+ mph, bringing over 50 years of motorsports engineering expertise to every wheel they produce.
