Product Details

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 Suspension System transforms your 2021-2023 Ford Bronco Sasquatch with precision-engineered 2.5-inch diameter internal reservoir coilover shocks that deliver exceptional suspension travel, ride quality, and control both on and off-road. This complete bolt-on system provides adjustable lift height of 2-3 inches in the front and 1.25-2.25 inches in the rear over stock 4-door Sasquatch-equipped Broncos.

Key Features:

  • Custom valved 2.5-inch internal reservoir coilovers with vehicle-specific tuning for superior damping and control
  • Up to 11.5 inches of front suspension travel and 14 inches of rear travel with 35-inch tire fitment
  • Tubular upper control arms with patented Delta Joint PRO featuring 90 degrees of total articulation (U.S. Patent 10,731,700)
  • ICON-engineered coil springs with unique triple-rate rear design optimized for improved performance and ride quality
  • Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies with 7/8-inch diameter shafts
  • 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components with PTFE-lined spherical bearings
  • Fully rebuildable and serviceable shocks for long-term durability
  • 100% bolt-on installation with no drilling, cutting, or welding required

The rear shocks are oriented shaft-up with triple-rate coil springs to maximize rear suspension travel and deliver optimal ride quality. The included tubular upper control arms provide necessary caster correction to maintain proper alignment geometry at lifted heights. Recommended for use with 35x12.50-inch tires; 37-inch and larger tires require optional up-travel limiters and minor trimming. System is optimized for near-stock weight Broncos.
