Product Details

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Suspension System is a comprehensive suspension upgrade for 2021-2023 Ford Bronco 4-door models without the Sasquatch Package. This complete system delivers 3-4" of front lift and 2-3" of rear lift while maximizing suspension travel and dramatically improving both on-road comfort and off-road performance.

Key Features:

  • Custom-valved remote reservoir coilover shocks with vehicle-specific tuning for superior damping and control
  • Up to 11.5" front and 14" rear wheel travel with 35" tire fitment
  • Tubular upper control arms with patented Delta Joint PRO allowing up to 90 degrees of movement for caster correction
  • Tubular rear lower suspension links with dual-durometer greaseless bushings and FK rod ends for enhanced articulation
  • Shaft-up rear shock orientation with unique triple-rate coil springs for maximum travel and ride quality
  • 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machined components throughout
  • PTFE-lined spherical bearings with application-specific mounting hardware

Performance Benefits:

  • Remote reservoirs increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation to prevent fade during hard use
  • Adjustable ride height allows fine-tuning of lift specifications
  • Improved suspension articulation and ground clearance from tubular rear links
  • Compatible with 37" and larger tires when using optional up-travel limiters (sold separately)

Important Notes:

  • Designed for 4-door Ford Bronco models without Sasquatch Package
  • Factory crash bars must be removed for 35" and larger tire clearance
  • ICON offers optional High Clearance Crash Bar replacement for those running larger tires
  • California Prop 65 Warning: This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm

This Stage 5 system represents a significant step up in suspension capability, combining precision engineering with proven performance to unlock your Bronco's full potential on any terrain.
