The QA1 AMR8S is an A Series aluminum rod end featuring a 1/2-20 right-hand male threaded stud built into the rod end head with a 0.500-inch bore. This lightweight aluminum male rod end uses a unique loader slot design to save weight in performance applications, making it ideal for steering linkages, suspension components, and custom fabrication projects.

  • Crafted with aluminum, making them 10 percent lighter than traditional 3-piece rod ends
  • Ball constructed from 52100 bearing steel, heat treated, precision ground, and hard chrome plated
  • Reinforced Nylon 12 race with self-lubricating PTFE liner
  • Completely self-sealing and self-lubricating, keeping dirt and debris out
  • Body made from aircraft aluminum 7075-T6, anodized red as standard
  • Metal-to-metal support for heavy shock loads and increased cross-sectional thickness for greater tensile strength
  • Self-sealing liner that won't pound out like other styles extends the life of the rod end
