Wiseco 40244M09200 Honda SXS1000R/X Talon 10.5:1 CR Forged Piston Kit 92mm Standard Bore

The Wiseco 40244M09200 is a high-compression forged piston kit designed for the Honda SXS1000R and SXS1000X Talon side-by-side. Built to a 10.5:1 compression ratio at a 92.00mm standard bore, this kit is engineered to deliver increased power output while maintaining the durability required for demanding UTV applications.

Key Features:

• Forged aerospace-grade aluminum construction — Wiseco's forging process compresses molecular structure, aligning grain flow for superior impact and fatigue resistance compared to cast pistons
• 10.5:1 high-compression ratio — delivers improved throttle response and power over the stock compression piston
• 92.00mm standard bore — direct replacement for stock bore cylinders; no overbore required
• Armorglide skirt coating — reduces friction and wear during break-in and throughout the piston's service life
• Application-specific design — engineered using 3D design techniques and finite element modeling to optimize strength-to-weight ratio for this specific engine
• USA manufactured — forged and CNC machined at Wiseco's domestic facility

Kit Includes:

• Forged piston
• Piston rings
• Wrist pin
• Circlips

Wiseco's 4-stroke forged piston kits are built to the tightest tolerances for the ultimate combination of performance and reliability, making them a proven choice for UTV enthusiasts and performance builders working on the Honda Talon 1000R and 1000X platform.
