Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Spring Kit

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate is Air Lift's flagship air spring suspension solution, engineered for trucks and vans that regularly tow trailers or carry heavy cargo. Designed to integrate seamlessly with existing leaf-spring suspension systems, every kit in the LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate line delivers up to 5,000 pounds of load-leveling capacity — eliminating squat, trailer sway, body roll, and bottoming out so your vehicle stays level, stable, and in confident control under any load condition.

What separates the LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate from other air spring kits is Air Lift's exclusive internal jounce bumper — a closed-cell urethane foam component built directly inside each air spring. This proprietary innovation provides three-stage ride comfort, absorbs road shock and harsh impacts, and allows the system to operate safely even at zero air pressure, effectively replacing the factory jounce bumper that is typically removed during installation.

Key Features:

• Up to 5,000 lbs. of load-leveling capacity — combats squat, trailer sway, body roll, and bottoming out under heavy loads
• Exclusive internal jounce bumper — Air Lift's proprietary closed-cell urethane foam design delivers three-stage ride comfort and safe operation at zero PSI
• Fully adjustable air pressure from 5 to 100 PSI for precise tuning to any load condition
• Air springs built like a tire — 2-ply fabric-reinforced rubber construction for maximum strength and long-term durability
• Ultra high-strength nylon composite end caps — as strong as steel, corrosion-proof, and significantly lighter weight
• Exclusive upper and lower roll plates protect air springs from sharp edges and increase load capacity by up to 10%
• Maintenance-free operation — safely runs at zero air pressure thanks to the internal jounce bumper design
• Torture-tested to 1 million cycles on hydraulic test rigs for proven, long-term reliability
• No-drill installation with all necessary hardware included, typically completed in 2 hours or less
• Compatible with optional Air Lift on-board compressor systems for convenient on-the-go pressure management

Air Lift backs every LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate kit with the industry's best lifetime warranty covering all kit contents with no mileage restriction, plus an exclusive 60-Day No-Questions-Asked Money-Back Guarantee. Important: Always observe your vehicle's Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) and never exceed manufacturer-recommended load specifications. Note: Zero PSI operation is not achievable when using a compressor system, as compressors maintain a minimum of 5 PSI.
