Not bad at all, I got what I needed in a timely manner and couldn't be happier. 1st customer service lady didn't really know what she was doing, but when I called a second time everything was sorted out.

It took me awhile to find this part. This is the only place that had it. Only one pic tho. They say it fits my car. I really hope so.

I got in touch regarding a part that had been discontinued by some companies and back ordered everywhere else. Like I searched everywhere and could not find it. They told me that they didn't have it but we're in the process of doing a limited run and they would let me know when pre-orders open up. I wait a couple weeks and bang I get a email saying the pre-orders are open and the part will soon be available. Best costumer service I've ever had from a company. I'm a satisfied customer and will be doing business with them from now on.
