Wiseco K701M8625 Forged Piston Kit - 86.25mm

The Wiseco K701M8625 is a high-performance forged piston kit engineered to Wiseco's exacting tolerances for powersports and motorcycle applications. Featuring an 86.25mm bore diameter, this piston is manufactured from 2618 alloy forged aluminum, the same material used in professional racing applications, delivering superior strength and thermal stability over cast OEM pistons.

Wiseco's forged pistons are produced using a proprietary ArmorGlide skirt coating that reduces friction, improves wear resistance, and allows for tighter piston-to-wall clearances — resulting in better oil control, reduced blowby, and longer engine life. The dome and ring groove geometry are precision-machined to ensure proper ring seal and optimal combustion efficiency.

Key Features:

• 86.25mm bore diameter for precise fitment in overbore applications
• Forged 2618 alloy aluminum construction for superior strength-to-weight ratio
• ArmorGlide skirt coating reduces friction and wear
• Precision-machined ring grooves for optimal ring seal
• Designed to withstand high-RPM and high-heat powersports engine environments
• Complete piston kit — includes piston, rings, pin, and circlips

Wiseco has been a trusted name in performance pistons since 1941, supplying OEM manufacturers, professional race teams, and aftermarket enthusiasts worldwide. The K701M8625 is an ideal upgrade or replacement for engines requiring an 86.25mm bore specification.
