Cusco 116 261 FLHD 7-Point Chromoly Roll Cage Dash Escape No Sunroof Toyota Corolla AE86

The Cusco 116 261 FLHD is a 7-point chromoly steel roll cage engineered for the Toyota Corolla AE86 (non-sunroof models). Designed for both circuit competition and performance street use, this roll cage features a dashboard escape configuration that allows driver entry and exit without compromising structural integrity. This is a special-order item and is not eligible for cancellation once placed.

Constructed from high-strength chromoly steel tubing, Cusco roll cages are renowned for delivering exceptional occupant protection during rollovers while simultaneously improving chassis rigidity. The added structural stiffening reduces monocoque flex, resulting in more precise suspension geometry and improved cornering response.

Key Features:

• 7-point roll cage design for maximum structural protection
• Chromoly steel construction — significantly lighter than mild steel alternatives while maintaining superior strength
• Dashboard escape layout for practical driver access in competition environments
• Enhances monocoque rigidity, reducing chassis flex for improved handling and cornering stability
• Engineered specifically for the Toyota Corolla AE86 (non-sunroof models)
• Designed to complement left-hand drive (LHD) configurations
• Manufactured by Cusco (Carrosser Co., Ltd.), a Japanese performance parts leader with ISO 9001 certification

Cusco roll cages are built in-house from design through manufacturing, ensuring rigorous quality control at every stage. This cage is ideal for time attack, circuit racing, or any AE86 build demanding serious chassis reinforcement and driver protection. Note: This is a special-order (S/O) product — no cancellations accepted after order placement.
