Product Details

The Manley 290130R is a complete Small Block Chevy 383 cubic inch stroker rotating assembly built for serious performance. Combining a 3.750" stroke crankshaft with a 4.030" bore and -4cc flat top pistons, this internally balanced kit is engineered to deliver exceptional power output in a street or race application.

Every component in this rotating assembly is manufactured from premium materials and precision-balanced by Manley in-house, ensuring a reliable foundation for high-horsepower SBC builds. The kit supports up to 750 horsepower with standard ARP 8740 cap screws, and up to 1,500 horsepower when upgraded to optional ARP 2000 cap screws.

Kit Includes:

  • Crankshaft: Lightweight 4340 forged steel, 3.750" stroke, 350 main journals — heat treated, stress relieved, shot peened, nitrided, and 100% Magna Fluxed
  • Connecting Rods: 4340 forged steel H-beam rods with 7/16" ARP 8740 cap screws (ARP 2000 optional); heat treated, stress relieved, shot peened, nitrided, and 100% Magna Fluxed
  • Pistons: Manley 2618 forged aluminum Platinum Series, 4.030" bore, -4cc flat top design
  • Wrist Pins: Premium Chrome Moly wrist pins
  • Piston Rings: Total Seal 1/16" – 1/16" – 3/16" ring set

Designed as a 1-piece rear main seal application, the Manley 290130R rotating assembly is precision internally balanced straight from the factory — saving time and ensuring accuracy on the engine dyno or at the track.
