Skyjacker Suspension F4639D Add-A-Leaf Front Leaf Helper Spring - 1979 F-350

The Skyjacker F4639D Softride Add-A-Leaf is engineered to restore or enhance the load-carrying capacity and ride height of your 1979 Ford F-350's front suspension. This premium helper leaf spring is manufactured from high-quality American steel and undergoes a specialized shot-peening process to maximize durability and performance.

Key Features:

• Manufactured from 100% American steel for superior strength and reliability
• Shot-peened with hard steel pellets at high velocities to compress the surface and increase tensile strength
• Pre-drilled for center pin installation with application-specific pin locations
• Long tapered ends provide progressive spring rate for improved ride comfort
• Engineered to maximize wheel travel without sacrificing leaf spring longevity
• Designed specifically for front axle application on 1979 Ford F-350

The shot-peening manufacturing process is critical to the performance of this add-a-leaf, as it prevents premature fatigue and allows the spring to handle increased loads while maintaining the ride quality you expect. Whether you're restoring sagging suspension or preparing your truck for heavier payloads, the Skyjacker Softride Add-A-Leaf delivers the perfect balance of load capacity and comfort.
