Cusco 157 261 HS D1 Chromoly 4-Point Roll Cage with Side Bar

The Cusco 157 261 HS is a D1-spec, 4-point, 2-passenger chromoly roll cage featuring a side bar, engineered for motorsport use. Constructed from 40mm diameter chromoly tubing with high-strength, high-purity metallurgy, this roll cage delivers exceptional structural rigidity while keeping weight to a minimum.

Key Features:

• Chromoly Construction: Built from 40mm diameter, t=1.6 chromoly tubing — approximately 33% lighter than comparable all-steel Safety 21 roll cage models
• Side Bar Included: The "S" designation indicates an integrated side bar for additional occupant protection and chassis bracing over the standard 157 261 H
• 4-Point, 2-Passenger Design: Provides structured rollover protection for the driver and passenger in a compact, purpose-built layout
• D1 Grand Prix Compliant: Engineered to meet the regulations of the D1 Grand Prix Professional Drifting Series for use in lightly regulated motorsport applications
• Enhanced Chassis Rigidity: Increases body structure stiffness, improving handling feedback and stability during high-speed or high-stress driving
• Lightweight Joints: Uses precision lightweight joint construction to maintain safety standards without adding unnecessary mass
• In-House Manufacturing: Designed and produced at Cusco's dedicated Japanese facility under ISO 9001-certified quality standards

Cusco is a Japan-based aftermarket performance manufacturer with a long history in rally, time attack, drifting, and circuit racing. The 157 261 HS roll cage reflects that motorsport heritage — delivering a safer, stiffer platform for drivers who demand more from their vehicle on the track.
