Wiseco Pistons CH6200-927 High-Performance Connecting Rod

The Wiseco BoostLine CH6200-927 is a high-performance connecting rod set designed for Dodge Gen 3 HEMI engines, featuring 6.200-inch length, 0.927-inch pin diameter, 2.126-inch journal, and 7/16-inch ARP 2000 bolts. Each set includes 8 rods forged from premium 4340 steel with a patented three-pocket design.

Purpose-Built for Power Adders:

BoostLine connecting rods are engineered from the ground up for high-power forced induction and nitrous applications, with a patented 3-pocket design that maximizes strength while minimizing rotating weight. This revolutionary design dramatically improves big-end stability under tensile loads and provides 60% improvement in bending strength and 20% stress reduction in tension compared to H-beam designs.

Key Features:

• Forged from premium 4340 steel with average weight of 729 grams per rod
• High-quality ARP 2000 bolts standard (ARP 625+ Custom Age bolts available separately)
• Big end width of 0.933 inches, wrist pin journal bushing width of 0.900 inches
• Designed and finish-machined in the USA in Mentor, Ohio
• Inspected on aerospace-grade CMM equipment
• Each rod set includes individual inspection reports detailing critical dimensions down to 0.0001 inch
• High-quality Ampco bushing material used in the small end
• Rods vacuum-wrapped in plastic for corrosion protection and separated by thick foam

Performance Rating:

BoostLine connecting rods are rated up to 2,000 horsepower for 8-cylinder applications, making them ideal for demanding turbocharged, supercharged, and big nitrous engine builds where reliability and strength are critical.
